UNITERA
A work environment for people and AI agents. It connects personal continuity with institutional context, delegated work and governed execution.
Companion
A person's personal continuity layer: resume work, preserve selected context and prepare contributions. Personal context stays personal; it moves into a company or client context only through a deliberate contribution.
Work
The operational surface where goals, delegated work, decisions and outcomes become operational.
Company Brain
The attributed institutional context UNITERA works from inside a company or client boundary. It is institutional context — not a second personal realm.
Governed autonomy
Agents can continue routine work independently inside existing delegation, without expanding their own authority.
Human decisions
When a decision requires human judgment, UNITERA pauses the dependent step and prepares the decision. A one-off approval is not a permanent delegation change.
Verification & receipt
Attempted, technically confirmed (receipt), verified and unknown outcomes stay distinguishable. A receipt from a connected service is not a verified business outcome; unknown outcomes require reconciliation instead of blind retries.
Boundaries
Context is not permission. Approval is not an execution grant. Capability is not adapter. Grant is not receipt. Receipt is not verification.
